We design your transportation system, from planning to implementation and on-site management, utilizing dedicated CMAC staff not temporary staff. With over 50+ years of experience, our team handles all on-site coordination including but not limited to: off-duty police, street barriers, permits and hotel/convention center personnel.
VIP Special Transfers
We can assist you with your special transfers to/from airports, special moves for your principal exhibitors to VIP transportation for your keynote speakers or big musical acts.
Airport Services
Guests arrival sets the tone for the entire event. CMAC provides professional meet and greet transportation service for groups of all sizes. Based on your manifest, we can customize individual arrival and departure transfers for your VIP or group. Our uniformed, trained staff will greet your guests with professional signage and direct them to their waiting vehicle. We’ll make sure you make a first impression that’s positive and stress-free for your guests and for you.
Advertising & Sponsorship
We have a dedicated staff available to sell advertising and sponsorship opportunities to your exhibitors. From bus signs, bus wraps, bus seat headrest covers, park bench signs and hotel lobby signs; CMAC pioneered all of these revenue generating opportunities and we continue to look for new ways to increase revenue for our customers.
